I had initially visited another dealer in the Chicago-land area, that is actually ½ the distance from my home to that of Gina’s. My experience at that dealership was the polar opposite of my experience at Gina’s. Gina’s has a warm, and friendly… almost family atmosphere. Maybe because it is a family owned business, and not part of a big chain, that they can be so humble and relaxed. I went in with the full intention to order a new Indian Pursuit. (I had the same intention with the other dealer). I went in, looked at bikes, met George, he gave me the run down on the bikes, explained, answered questions, but never added any pressure to the mix. He offered me to take a test ride on one of the Challengers they had, and I accepted. I wasn’t prepared, so he loaned me a helmet and jacket. I loved the ride, came back, walked around the store and thought about it and placed an order. When the bike arrived, I went back, test drove it, loved it more, we made a deal. George gave me an honest deal on my trade in. I am very happy with the low pressure, easy going, and pain free process. The delivery of the bike (in winter) was smooth and easy, and the delivery guy was also a fantastic person, and I am sorry I don’t remember the name. All the staff here are good people. Everyone was super helpful, and pleasant to deal with. George, and Tammy (at the end of the purchase process who got the joy of taking my money) are fantastic people to deal with. All I can say is a big thank you for making the process exactly what it should be. And the best part of the whole thing is that I am now the owner of such a fantastic bike that I can barely believe that it is mine. I am so happy with this bike, it is perfect in every way. I look forward to the ride down for any necessary service. THANK YOU AGAIN to George and Tammy for making it happen!

Well, I like to say I had a good experience But it was a very bad experience with A sales person lying to me making promises cannot keep. Back there, several times, first bike bearings went out. They never had it checked out before letting a customer test ride it. Nice bike with too many problems. You tried to take care of me by making it sound like I'm getting a better deal than they're giving me got a bike. Hopefully a good one with a waor no, but. Hopefully they get themselves straightened out there. Otherwise, any used bite there. Please make sure they have got the paperwork. Saying it is good, otherwise walk away.

I only used the service and parts department so this has nothing to do with sales. Service was easy to deal with and they fit me in for a new tire while I was visiting from out of town. What I didn’t like was the price gouging on the tire price. I found several places online that listed the tire for over $100 cheaper than what they would sell me one for. With that huge of a markup I felt like I was taken advantage of and I don’t appreciate that. Shop around before committing to buy a part here.

One of the salesman, sold me a used bike(non-certified), 2014 victory cross-country, within a day it failed me. I took it back. They kept it for two weeks, when I got it back the only thing they did was replace a clutch cable, a month and a half after that, I got zero power to my engine from my throttle I had noises coming from my engine. My clutch was still destroyed from the previous owner, and my throttle cable was seized. I’ve had the worst experience of my life buying a bike there please if you buy a used bike, make sure that they have the paperwork saying that they pre-inspected the bike, which this one was not. It ruined my experience and killed the joy that I thought I was going to have riding. The salesman assured me that the Bike was perfect condition, and nothing was wrong with it. All while I had to pay for the services rendered.

After emailing with Rob, my wife and I stopped in to see the bikes we had been thinking about. George and Cody were very helpful and I appreciated that they spoke to both myself and my wife as this was a decision that we will both enjoy. Meeting and spending time with Carlie, George's sweet pup, made my wife's afternoon. I bought my new 2018 Indian Chief Vintage, got a great price and can't wait to get out this spring and start putting the miles on her. I recommend stopping in and giving them a chance to earn your business.

Overall a fantastic buying experience. George was a blast to work with and made sure that everything was explained as to how the bike purchasing process went (this was my first motorcycle purchase). He even took the time to do the escort for the test ride. Overall I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They will have my business for a very long time.
